Things to do ...
I have things to do, but I just can't seem to motivate. Actually I feel kinda numb now, I'm not overly depressed or anything. I'm just enjoying not going ballistic everyday, which was becoming a pattern these last weeks while Granny was here. Everyday was something else, and I just got to the point where I was ready to either ignore it or explode.
I've seen my anger (picking up an oak dining chair and slamming down so hard on a thickly padded carpeted floor, that it shattered into a splintered pile of junk, ...not to mention the abuse I've done to my car...I'm surprised it's still roadworthy).Chevy's Live Forever it seems.
Of course there's other stuff, like all the door jambs that need replacing from being slammed too hard. But then again it's just MDF mobile home crap covered in wood looking vinyl that a child could break.
Anger? Oh yea, I've GOT THAT, ongoing, what with the FUCKED UP FAMILY I HAVE!!
I guess it could be worse, I could have no family.
The hermit in me wants to just stay alone, but my promiscuous side (long hidden in an old lady's world)..is ITCHING to bust out, ...and I suspect it will within the next week or so!!

Oh, You think So???
I keep saying it because I want to believe it, but in my area (Central Florida), ... it's a fairy tale dream. Oh I've heard of a few churches who claim to be all inclusive, but I'm not going to drive 20 or more miles to go to anywhere, let alone church, unless it's an unforgettable experience or a high paying job.
Of all the places to be backward, what with the totally diverse populace of Florida, and central Florida especially.

Granny's in a Home
Finally got Granny place in an assisted living home on Saturday afternoon. We'll see how it works out, not good as far as I'm concerned, considering she's paying $1800.00 a month ... Yet the home expects me to take her to Dr.'s appointments?!?

Zooooooooom!!
Tomorrow morning at 10:00 we have an appointment at a care home for Granny, and it might be possible to have her admitted right then and there..(Oh Joy!!), or at least by Sunday. DCF got the ball rolling, ...I can't believe how fast. If she actually goes in tomorrow, I'm gonna get rip roaring wasted Friday night.

Still ...
There has been quite a lot of Sorrow here,..as Granny slips into Dementia, ...it gets harder and harder to draw her out of Old Memories! She slips and falls, and doesn't tell me.
Just now an ambulance took her away,..... It's so frequent now, I JUST can't deal with it!
I never ask for prayers, but please something has to give, and I'm afraid it will be me!!
