Ouch!!

I feel like sleeping for a week. My back is screwed up, not too bad, but I'm contemplating taking a Lortab so it's bad enough. I'm sure it's because I lifted a Lay-Z-boy into my trunk Wednesday, rescuing it from a newly vacated residence. Not to mention all the shit going on around me with family.

When I went to the hospital yesterday to visit my Dad, I had to stand for 3 and a half hours,(there was no chair in his room) ....when I got back to my car I could feel the pressure in my back, and knew today wasn't going to be fun.

Oh well, such is life.
