Foreclosed State
For those of you who think Detroit Michigan is a city with empty houses from foreclosure, obliviously haven't been down to Florida.
Acres and acres of foreclosed homes sitting empty, median prices that started at $313,000.00, now go for $103,000.00, with the majority going for $74,000.00.

Let me know as they drop further...I´ll snap up a little one for my pre-death period hide-a-way...hopefully that won´t be for awhile as my Dad lived to almost 97!
See, that's what I was thinking, should I win Powerball, or the Lotto, I could snatch a few up and have a compound,...South of here of course, ...where it's warmer.
It's really too bad that we're still fcking around with Cuba, because I'd like to visit someday, ...before I succumb.
