Yum!!
About 1:30 pm est. I put a Boston Butt roast, in the oven to cook at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
It sure smells good....Yum!!
Hope it looks as good as the picture above.
Of course I still have to peel and pare potatoes and carrots, but that I can do later. I think I might just make some stuffing also, because I have 2 big bags of stuffing (dry bread cubes) that I bought before November, ..and of course I never cooked for Thanksgiving or Christmas, ....soooo ..lol, I must use it up.
So now that adds celery, onions,and water chestnuts to the list, yet I'm still sitting at this desk.
Off to the kitchen!!
